Silk Pie

I was in charge of pies for Thanksgiving this year. I made one pumpkin, one banana cream, one lemon meringue and one chocolate silk pie. I was mocked - like you wouldn't believe - for making a chocolate pie for Thanksgiving. It just wasn't "American." Ha ha ha. Jokes on them - the chocolate pie went so fast, I only got a sliver. What I had was so good I had to make another one today!
